In LA, you can go to Tym's in Inglewood for CO2 refills, or you can
setup an account at Praxair or AirGas for cheaper tank swaps. If you
have an aluminum tank, they might only swap it out with steel...so
watch out. :) Make sure they swap you a tank with a recent hydrotest
date, but they're usually pretty good about that.
