Well they are all dealt with rather eloquently under the theory of quantum electrodynamics. But it's rarely prudent to try to mush too many things together in physics; someone comes along with a counter example or demonstrates a mathematical inconsistency that requires further differentiation, or positing a new particle or putting a new *spin* on things. . .in more recent decades, it seems that there are always strings attached (my apologies to Murray Gell-Mann) to such efforts.

IMHO, electricity and magnetism are different...
They combine for making an electromagnetic phenomenon but
you can also have electroacoustic, plasmons, etc...
