That's what I tell vegans that get on my case, just how can you be sure?  Especially when they are being barbaric and eating them raw (alive).

But it is amazing what can me done with automatic responses to light (grow horizontal or vertical), damage (grow new stems or roots) etc and love the plants where you can take one leaf and get a whole new plant..
