[APD] Keeping Plants Rooted with MTS

After reading both this list and the books suggested by its members I've put
together my first low tech tank. To my amazement everything is growing well
and looks good. You guys weren't kidding about the growth rates of some
plants! However, during the planting stage some MTS were introduced. Now
that I'm dividing the crypts I can't keep them in the substrate more than a
day before they're uprooted and floating around. How do you deal with this?
