It is. Well mostly ;-).
IE7 fixes those silly CSS bugs that were left broken in IE6.

But of course webmasters were not happen with these bugs so they made their 
own fixes.

Now these bugs have gone, it means the fixes are now the problem!

It means that sites that are designed for a particular browser like IE 
browsers will look all wrong in IE7.

If the site has a Firefox version then the site may well look OK if IE7 
users were directed to the Firefox version instead.

Did you know that IE7 is being 'forced' as a high-priority update via 
Automatic Updates onto people very soon.

The IE7 beta has been available for some time to allow webmasters to correct 
their sites in time...
