automatic water dispencer with temp controll------a wonderful idea if
the water quality is up to par-----or such a slow interchange that the
chemistry does not get out of whack------if you had spring water and a
filter system a plan like that would be ideal---otherwise the city water
dept will do you in at a time of their choosing----FRED BARTA HAS A
BETTER PLAN------the hard way
