Its very easy to create a folder named "APD" or such in your email 
program and using email filters (check your email client's help file) 
automatically have all list emails automatically placed in that "APD" 
folder.  Then at the end of the day, you can quickly glance through them 
to decide which ones you want to read or not.

A note to those who are not computer savvy..   its easier to do than it 
sounds.
