Which is immaterial. Now if you want to explain how with at least 30pppm CO2
any one plant or group of plants is preventing another plant or group of
plants from getting CO2, I'm all ears.

If uptake is being prevented, then its got to be through allelopathy, not
lack of availablity which would be the result of competition.
