Ian,

         Initially when I switched from an Indian made regulator to one
made in Taiwan I had some problems like TW's. Best to get a set of
original washers and change them every time. Not always possible
in India.

         After adding a second washer the leaks stopped. The original was
inside the regulator and must have got a bit compressed. Worked out
well, lasted me 2-3 years.
