[APD] Cryptocorne dissolving

Is it possible to upload pics. to this post? I have several cryps growing in
my tank. Every now and then an entire leaf and stem will just dissolve. It
just turns limp, and breaks down rather quickly into an opaque mush. It
seems to coincide with dosing of fert. but I am unsure. Does anyone know
what this might be? Is it normal?
