Conceivably, any comment might provoke a suit, but within
reason, only the most damning comments are the more likely
to provoke suits and drag and list participants or the
website owner into more plodding and costly court cases.

But before deciding it's okay for Mark Rosenstein (who
provides this site for free) and some number of list
participants to be dragged into court again, please
consider at least prefacing the bolder remarks with, "It is
my opinion that"  or "imo". It's not enough merely to be
certain or right, you also have to have the time and money
to defend.

That's it. This soapbox is giving me splinters,
