If my experience in Fort Collins trying to find one is any example, just 
buy one from a fish place. Like most things in the hobby, a "regular" 
store owner will look at you with a blank stare when you say "needle 
valve" or "metering valve." Even at places that sell compressed gas 
cylinders and supplies.
