i tried to get some plants across the border not long ago and they
were seized and destroyed because i didnt have a phytoscant cert.  you
definatly need to get one of these before you can bring any live plant
across the border, no matter how it was grown, i think the only
exception is an orchid flask that is a hybred and not wild,
just be sure you have a phyto or else you loose all your plants.
