When I worked at my LFS I made sure we carried-

NAW 1-3
Aquarium Plants, Kasselmann

As soon as "Aquarium Plants" came out in English Tepoot's book became pretty 
much useless.  The only thing it has going for it is the price difference.  
There's no comparison between the two.

What I would make sure we carried if I still worked there-
Planted Aquariums...., Kasselmann - A MUST BUY!!

I haven't read Terry's "The Simple Guide to Planted Aquaria" yet, but the 
rest of the Simple Guide series is good so based on the previous books I 
would feel confident giving this one a shot too.
