BTW, for the Hagen kits make sure they are not expired and that bottle #3 is a glass one.  Hagen had problems with their NO3 and PO4 kits with the testing regents going bad in the plastic bottles before the expiry date and so they switched those bottles to glass ones.  I've found them pretty good and consistent since then.
