[APD] Natural Aquarium Vital?

Just picked up a bottle of "Natural Aquarium Vital", a "Marc Weiss 
Product" at tonights aquarium society meeting's raffle.  It says its the 
"Carbonator for the Natural Freshwater Aquarium with Laterite Extract". 
 All it says about contents is "bilogical compounds  discovered by Marc 
Weiss and derived from plant sources".

Anyone know more about this product, and what it really is?

but this product isn't listed on the site as far as I can tell.
