[APD] What is this plant/algae?

Has a center thin stalk that grows in a long chain.  Short thin branches that come off it and on these are what looks to almost be hyrdas with multiple tiny arms comming off from a center point. There seems to be a small round green body/ball at the other end of this arm cluster.
