[APD] 10 gallon and screw in compacts

Can do it even cheaper. I bought a walmart incandescent hood and put the 
screw in pc's into it. Works great. Noticed they have 10 gallon complete 
tank kits there with choice of flo or incandescant hoods for $30 too. So for 
$30 and the cost of two bulbs you wind up with tank, hood and a little 
filter.
I'm using excel on the 10 for carbon and haven't had any problems. Not 
growing anything too exotic. Plants look nice.
