[APD] Re:Microwaving water

I've been microwaving water for several years now, particularly in winter.  
My water comes out of the tap extremely cold from my well.  I have a stick on 
thermometer on my bucket, fill it with tap water, pour some into my 4 cup Pyrex 
measuring cup and microwave the water in the measuring cup.  Then I pour it 
into the bucket.  It works well for me, and hasn't been a problem for the fish 
or shrimp, or snails for that matter.
