What I did was buy some Amquel.  For a water change remove water from
the tank, add the Amquel to the tank then run a mixutre of hot and
cold water at the temperature you need into the tank. Lots easier and
faster than microwaving water to go into the tank and having to guess
how much/what temps to use.
