Considering that some of us keeping annual killifish boil peat in the
microwave to use for spawning, I don't foresee any problems.

I believe there was an EPA mandate for all municiple water to contain
chloramine rather than chlorine, but I don't recall the date that the
mandate would take effect.  I would look into getting a filter that
removes chloramine.
