[APD] RE: Orientation of CO2 Tank
You can lay a CO2 tank at an angle if that would help. I had a clearance
problem under one tank and built a pvc cradle to hold the tank at about a 40
degree angle. If you keep the threaded part of the valve (reg attaches to)
pointing up, you will not get any liquid CO2 in the regulator. Had the 20#
tank in this orientation for a couple years and had no problems.
But I would not lay it completely flat.

Subject: [APD] Orientation of CO2 Tank
For space reasons, it would be a better arrangment for me if I could lay my
CO2 tank on its side. Will it still work properly? Is it safe? Thanks.
