The Phillips and GE  tubes that I see at Home Depot show the Kelvin and CRI
on the package.  The print is kind of small, though.

T12's wth a Kelvin of 5000 - 5500 and a CRI of 92 cost about $6.00.
Unfortunately, they don't seem to carry T8's.
