Get a Tee fitting (probably about $2 or $3) for the CO2
tubing and for control put a needle/metering valve after
the Tee fitting, with a line from the Tee going to each
tank. If you can't find one at your local Home Depot type
outfit, the onl-line aquatic plants stores often have these
and, truth is, an ordinary airline Tee fitting will serve
since the pressure, after the regulator, is usually less
than 20 psi.

You can get small minfolds with as many as six valves and
outlets all assembled together, but they will be expensive
if you only want two lines.
