Another few Questions for Tom and others,

1.Is mulm from an abandoned tank(say mulm dried for a year or so) still
 useful?

If yes, what would be the logic behind it?

2. Concentrated humic acid(liquid form) is available in plant fertiliser
stores for foliar(leaf spray).
    Can it be used in anyway in plant aquatics?
