[APD] Holes in Leaves

On my plants that produce very large leaves I get holes in them. I fertilize my tank once a week with Leaf Zone and Plantabbs as the directions on the packages say to. What should I do? Should I fertilze twice a week?
 
I also have snails but I never see them where the holes have been produced. Could they be the cause?
