[APD] Transporting CO2 cylinders

If any one is really interested in reading laws regarding transport of
Hazardous materials you can go to hazmat.dot.gov. CO2 is a division 2.2 gas
which means it is nonflammable, nonpoisonous, nonradioactive, etc. so the only
regulation that really applies to transport in a passenger vehicle is 177.870,
and this really only says that you can't carry more than 99 pounds (gross
weight) of the material at a time. Of course common sense prevails in any
situation where you are dealing with a potentially dangerous item.
