[APD] Kind of subject but searching for Flake fish food Recipe

Does any one out there have or know where one might find a flake food 
Recipe... I  have a bunch of ponds that need to be fed...Frozen foods are 
out of the question due to the need to freeze and our Freezer is SOOOOO 
full now .. it's busting at the seams...and on this island... flake food is 
extremely expensive..

Any suggestions would help...
