I must agree here, Most municipal sewer works divide the solids from the
liquid effluent and the solids are either composed or taken to the local
landfill/dump . I wouldn't think this would ever make it's way back into the
environment. I would burn any water hyacinth just in spite of their hideous
nature of taking over a water source and ratification projects are an
