[APD] Plantabbs

Plantabbs by Aquaruim Products has been around forever...20 or 30 years at
least. It is NPK fertilizer tablets.

Here is their current guaranteed analysis

11% total nitrogen
4.9% Ammoniacal Nitrogen
6.1% Nitrate Nitrogen
15% available phosphoric Acid (P205)
20% soluble potash

Nitrogen derived from Ammonium Phosphate and Potassium Nitrate

Phosphoric acid from Ammonium Phosphate

Potash from Potassium Nitrate
(so, its really just two chemicals)

So what do you think? Is this stuff good? It does not contain Urea or any of
the bad stuff in garden NPK ferts like Jobes. Is this a cheap and easy way
to provide NPK that we have been overlooking? (50 tablets for a couple
bucks). Anybody had success using this?

I am going to use these as a substrate fertilizer.
