[APD] Trace mix - Plantex CSM

Hello,
I have been dosing with KH2PO4, KNO3 and K2SO4 based on Chuck Gadd's 
calculator. I have been dosing TMG at 5 ml, 3 times per week. I am 
running out of TMG and would like to prepare trace mixture using Plantex 
CSM. How many tablespoons would I mix with 500 ml of water to produce a 
trace mixture and how many ml of the mixture would I dose /week in a 35 
gal. tank to closely match the 15 ml of TMG.
