[APD] RO water and pH

In my experience, with the el cheapo kits I am likely
to use and with my famously poor lab technique, the
pH of distilled water is simply not measurable.  I
presume it is 7.0, but couldn't prove it.

Maybe you are having the same sort of trouble with
RO water?
