One other point. I have some doubt that one would get 6500
lumens from overdriving an F32 T8. That's about 2.5 times
normal output. Also, while the lumen output will initially
be high, it will degrade faster and go lower than when
driving the bulbs as the manufacturer intended.

But it can be an economical way to get lots of light in a
small space.
