[APD] Derek Lambert

I received a message Sunday informing me that Derek Lambert had passed away. 
For those who don't know him he was one of the foremost writers and 
researchers on livebearers. He was outspoken, informative and active in the 
hobby. He gave freely of his time to amateur and proffessional alike and 
will be sorely missed.
