Neil,

I have one for my fish room (the APT 110 model).  It's worked great for me.
I used to have a musty oder in my basement but it's cleared up with this
unit running.  I also keep my fish room door closed so the smaller unit was
the way to go for me.  It cost me ~$400 Cdn (~$308 US).  If your place is
that humid year round you may want to look into a HVAC air exchanger for
your house.
