[APD] Re:DIY Cladophora balls
Jim are you sure it is the cladophora ball that is growing on driftwood and
not another algae. I have never seen anything attach to a marimo ball much
less have it attach to something.
Actually I take that back rooted plants will but that's all I have ever
seen.
The balls available in the trade are found in lake akan in japan and also in
Romania. They are formed on the lakes bottom rolling back and forth and
that is how they get their shape
