An awful smelly one:)
Well I did replace one letter in the above line.
But does relate back to the DOC method.
You see, there is a lot of nutrients in gaseous form when one passes wind.
Lots of CO2 picked up along the way, nitrogen, PO4, traces from your colon:)
I think you could blow the competition away.
