[APD] Cleaning glass

I use salty(boring) water for my 25 gallon tank.

It gives rise to some sort of white precipitates on the tank glass walls,
especially near the upper water level margins.

Can anybody suggest, as to how to clean the glass of these salty
precipitates?

The shaving blade is not helpful(apparently the white stains are quite
hard).

Any srub pad or chemical cleaning solution(which can be used when the tank
is emptied)?
