[APD] Re: hairgrass



Generally you'll need to give us somemore background about your
tank.

The water column will be a key part of the routine.
CO2 is helpful.

I have not found soil to work well for hairgrass. 
Flourite or sand has done the best. Kitty litter did well also.

Amano shrimps are good for cleaning it along with snails.

Try moderate light, lots of CO2, good nutrient levels and water
changes. 

It takes a little time to get going but once that occurs,
hairgrass fills in nicely.

Good thing about this plant: no pruning to speak of.
