For the 29 gallon tank with lots of light:

Prune any plant parts that are not healthy, add more plants if you need to prune to extremes.

Add the following:

1/4 teaspoon of KNO3 2-3x a week
1/4 teaspoon slightly more of K2SO4
2-3 rice grain's worth of KH2PO4 3x a week
7 mls of traces 2-3x a week

Prune, scrape algae, clean filter etc then do 50% weekly water changes.

Also, lower your pH to 6.7 traget range(plus or minus 0.1 pH unit either way is okay).

Feed fish well. Consider reducing the 3rd 55 w light or turning it off completely.

Repeat weekly. After 3 weeks if not conplelety satistfied, I will offer a refund:)
