the brown diatomy stuff is pretty common to new tanks, and generally takes care of itself over time. If it does not, or if you want it gone sooner, throw in an otocinclus or 2 (or 3 or 4 or...). It will be gone in 48 hours or less, guaranteed. Some bristlenose also eat brown algae; some don't.

I'm not sure about the hairy brown stuff, unless it is hairy green stuff with a brown coating. In my own tank, N and K deficiencies brought on hairy green algae, so you might check your dosing of those nutrients.
