You might want to check out ReefCon (2000 or pro, I can't remember which) if
memory serves it has a quite full featured temperature/volume conversion

There's no such conversion chart, but a little simple arithmetic will get
it going for you.
Let's start with an example... If you have a ten gallon tank at eighty
degrees and take one gallon out, replacing it with one gallon of 40 degree
water... what would happen?
Well, you'll have nine gallons of eighty degrees, plus one of fourty
degrees...
So... 9 x 80 + 1 x 40 = 760 degree-gallons...  Divide by the total volume
of ten gallons, and you'll have 76 degrees.

Now, I don't see you saying what size tank you have, so I can't tell you
how many gallons of 55 degree water you'll need to add to drop the
temperature from 76 to 65.  Obviously, you'll need to change more water in
a 100 gallon tank then in a 5. :)

Mess around with the above equation a little bit, and you'll be able to
figure it out.
