[APD] RE: Has the cause of surface scum been found?

I have a 46G that has been having surface scum issues that just
wouldn't go away. So, after reading Tom's post on surface scum & CO2,
I went and checked CO2 levels in the tank. 17ppm. Reason for low
CO2 - that's another story but after fixing the problem, and
getting my CO2 levels back up, I'm happy to report that the 
chronic surface scum problem is GONE! No other changes were 
made. I should test it again by lowering the CO2 to see if the 
scum returns. Will post on here at a later date...
