Oh yeah.  Takes some hunting but I finally found it. 
Easily adapted to most external overflow boxes if you have
a noisy drain.  This set up doesn't avoid the sound, it
just muffles it with water -- which is all ya need :-)

Frames be damned -- you can get the links if you look at
the object properties.   The relevent pages are here for

I think the second more easily fits small boxes.
