[APD] CO2 usage in a sump versus non-sump

I went way up... but I'm looking into ways to cut down my usage.  Doing 
things over again, I might have just stuck w/ a non-sump tank - especially 
if I could get all the components (heaters, co2 injection, co2 probe) out of 
the tank and into the filter system in an in-line system.

I like the ease of use of the sump, but I would love to cut down on the CO2 
usage.
