[APD] PMDD Dosage

Hello again,

The original Conlin & Sears paper (http://tinyurl.com/m8rw) recommends
3mL per day into 100L of tank water.

This fairly authoritative APD post from Tim Mullins
(http://tinyurl.com/m8rp) mentions a figure of 1/3ml per day into 40
gallons (150L). 

I was using the C&S dosage. For my 33 gallon (124L) tank this works out
to 3.75 ml / day.

Am I missing something? Am I overdosing?
