[APD] too much PO4

I have a similar sized tank (29G)
Sounds to me like you could increase the co2 a bit, into the mid 20ppm and
maybe your plants will uptake the excess PO4 your experiencing. I don't
think at this level your fish are going to suffer in the least.

These measurements taken in the evening about 3 days after 50%
water change.
- pH around 7.
- Nitrates (NO3) at 13.6 ppm.
- PO4 > 1ppm (my kit does not go higher than 1ppm)
- CO2 is around 15ppm
