Steve mentioned West Nile Virus.  We had tons of cases of it here in 
Louisiana last year, and, of course, it spread all over the nation.  Be 
careful with the standing water -- a friend of mine contracted it and she 
wound up in the hospital for a week.  You also *MAY* have to consider the 
issue of parasites coming in  on your freshly hatched broods, IMHO.
