Nice pics. Beautiful aquariums.
Your darter-like fish appears to be a Fat Sleeper (Dormitator maculatus).
A google search should turn up lots of pictures. According to my Audubon
guide, it is common in salt, brackish, and fresh water along the gulf
coast. Family Eleotridae, sometimes included in the Gobiidae.
The other fish appears to be a sunfish, perhaps a juvenile. Dunno which
species.
