Online Retailers for Aquarium Stuff

I know there are plenty of online retailers, however, I'm in need of a
couple of recommendations.

a) honest, and not someone who would sue their customer.
b) will ship internationally, accepts either Visa or paypal (some retailers
have problems shipping to Singapore or accepting singapore credit cards).

I'm trying to order a vortex D1 (220 V i might add).
